Pathetic experience for me. TV is not working and staff don't care even if we complain on the same. Room tiles were broken and not in good condition. There are plenty of other options available in the same area even in the same building, I recommend to choose other options over this.

Soon we entered the Apartment, we can smell the cigarette smoke but it was mentioned as smoke free. Our stay at Apartment was ok. I would better look for Hotels instead staying at this Apartment which is costing same as 5 star hotel

The place is nice! Closer to all the main areas if you work in Hitec city. Staff is very courteous and friendly. My train was delayed and they offered support and let me stay for 3 to 4 hours extra after the checkout time. Glad i took a decision to stay. Last but not the least, breakfast was sumptuous and helthy. Food they have homely and tasty. I would choose to stay with them again.

I was on by business trip and stayed at Fresh Living Prime. I had a pleasant stay and staff was very helpful in accommodating all my needs. Room and toilet is very clean. Bedheets and towels are replaced every day. Good internet speed available. Rooms have enough ventilation. Overall, a comfortable stay. Breakfast options very good and thanks to the cook/chef for preparing homely, tasty meals. Location is superb and walkable from 'Durgam Cheruvu' metro station. Lots of eating option available nearby. Staff and the ambience was too good. Many thanks to vishnu specially ,he was very polite and helpful in everything. Will visit next time soon. Good place to visit with family great service and security👍
